As in Guest Relation Team my responsibilities are follow SOP’s, check-in to check-out of guest must go smooth, planning of duty roster and vacation, using computerized Front Office system (OPERA), demonstrating complete understanding of the hotel’s policies, procedures and service and have full knowledge of the hotel facilities and happenings so that I can assist the guest as much as he expect. Being in Guest Relation Team I am responsible for warm welcome to guests, providing an efficient and courteous approach at all times and I need to ensure the guest comfortable stay by resolving the in house staying quires and problems.

As a Front Office Officer I was responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. I worked as Business Centre Officer where I have to arrange meetings for guests and helping them with computer related stuff. In Reservations I was taking in-bound calls for room reservations and ensuring the arrival of guests by out-bond calls and emails, as a Guest Relation Officer my duties were to ensure guests are personally greeted by name if known and escorted to their room to make them feel expected and following up the quires.

As a Manager of tourism my duties were to provide consultation to traveler’s countries helping them to select good hotels, paper work for them as an agent.

As a Transfer Guide my duties were to meet visitors at the airport, give them warm reception, and provide them information about the country and hotel.
