A Development Structure of the International Holding (Mansion) created to elaborate strategy and to implement investment projects of the Holding in the Russian Federation (RF) in the field of entertainment and hospitality industry and to run the developed entertainment-hotel centers. The two selected start projects are of the premium (in Moscow-US$80 mln) and super-premium (St. Petersburg-US$250 mln) class (5- & 7-star, respectively). A member of the international team of top-managers of the future Centers that, in accordance with the Holding strategy, should control the projects from the very beginning to achieve the highest level of design, "intellectuality," and functionality of the developed real estate. Strategic planning: analysis and choosing of alternatives, elaboration of the selection criteria to the projects so that they correspond to the objectives of the Company in the RF. Project management: full responsibility for the projects related to surveillance (audio-video), access control, security, and fire-protection systems and their integration (mutual and in the general "building" management system). Participation in the development of the audio-video entertainment, lighting, and IT systems. Project scheduling, financial planning, preparation of technical requirements, choosing of contractors and supplies, control over carrying out of the design and construction-installation works. Administrative work: work out of the structures and policies and procedures for the Surveillance and Security Departments of the entertainment centers; adaptation of the Company's staff training courses for the Russian Federation. Selection and training of managers for the Departments. The projects were successfully realized up to the final stages, but then they were halted due to the sharp radical changes in the Russian Federation Legislation (Federal Law #244, 29/12/06). The Company abandonded the RF.

Arranged a private security company in Russia for the needs of the Holding Company (Mansion) in which I worked at that time.

Full responsibility for all aspects of the activities and development of the Department (21 persons). During that period, I was also involved in several Start Ups of the Holding Company owning the Center: I arranged surveillance departments in newly opened centers in Kiev, St. Petersburg, and Yalta. For two years, from 2001 to 2003, I occupied the position of Executive Manager for Surveillance and Security, which later was excluded from the Company structure.
