Yamal LNG Plant Greenfield Construction Project Provided simultaneous and consecutive interpretation to facilitate liaison between personnel of the Client, Contractors and Subcontractors across all Project’s levels and disciplines in challenging working conditions. Ensured translation and timely delivery of all types of documents generated by the LNG Plant construction mega-project. Streamlined workflows, conducted hands-on training and coached teammates. Checked, reviewed and assured due quality of deliverables.

Caspian Pipeline Expansion Project Provided all-around translation/interpretation support inclusive of the Top-Management and Shareholders’ level (all construction disciplines with a bit more focus on E&I, control and communication systems; project controls, contracts, finance, HES, QA/QC and Commissioning). Co-facilitated meetings and workshops; participated in the Incident and Injury Free Culture Implementation activities led by Chevron and JMJ Associates. Managed the team's activities; provided control and coordination.

Interpreted and facilitated liaison in the field and office environment (business reviews, design and implementation of performance improvement tools and solutions). Translated, reviewed and corrected documents, presentations, reports. Participated in consulting teams’ activities (including development of project procedures manual).

Sakhalin-1 Project. Short-term well workover assignment Provided translation and interpretation support required to successfully complete the well workover project. That included interpretation at progress & status meetings, technical reviews, PJSMs and facilitation of routine intercourse of Expatriate and Russian personnel.

Nizhnekamsk Refinery and Petrochemical Complex Greenfield Construction Project Provided all types of translation and interpretation support; participated in contract negotiations, engineering, procurement, construction and project management meetings of all levels. Translated, edited, proofread and processed such documents as business letters, contracts, RFQs, purchase orders, specifications, minutes of meetings, drawings, procedures, presentations and reports including Financial Activity Reports and Monthly Progress Reports. Organized, controlled and coordinated team activities: this included liaison with the Client, reporting, time keeping and interface with the company finance, legal and HR departments.

Sakhalin 1 Project, Odoptu First Stage Production Provided translation and interpretation support both in the field and office environments. Prepared reports, maintained time keeping. Assisted the piling and rigging superintendent in coordination of on-site activities. Performed some minor coordination and supervisory functions.

Sakhalin 1 Project, Chayvo OPF Received and issued materials and equipment at one of on-site ENL warehouses. Processed requisitions; allocated the received materials in warehouses and lay-down areas; prepared HSE reporting; participated in transfer of all materials, equipment and commodities from one contractor to another – maintained lists of reconciliation and validation, performed recordkeeping and recoding.

Vankor Oil Production Project Provided comprehensive administrative and translation support to VECO and SNC Lavalin expatriate personnel. Interpreted at progress/status review meetings and teleconferences. Processed progress reports. Provided basic desktop support.

Sakhalin 1 Project Composed and translated daily reports, specifications, operation manuals, punch lists, JSAs and other technical, HSE and business documents. Interpreted at meetings, toolbox talks and conversations. Filled out crew timesheets including cost coding/timekeeping; processed overtime work approval requests; prepared FMRs; managed schedules; maintained visa and registration databases; administered travel arrangements, logistics and invoices.

Drafted, negotiated, concluded and administered partnership contracts with domestic and international software resellers and distributors – contributed to doubling company revenues due to significant increase of international representation. Developed and implemented processes, liaison procedures, responsibility matrices and guidelines. Maintained liaison with news and advertising agencies; performed web publishing, AdWords and AdSense account management; developed customer surveys; tested and evaluated reporting software.
