Credit Control Manager, Eastern Europe

Direct report to: GBS CEE Site Leader

Subordinates: 5 specialists with location in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan

Main Responsibilities

  • Control and ensure high quality and timely delivery of OTC processes:

overdue debt collection, customer assessment, review of credit limits for existing customers and set-up for new clients, bank guarantee tracking and execution, control under order release processing, cash application, ensure AR reconciliation; control period closure;

  • Ensure control of timely receiving counter documents for Trade Marketing and bonuses,
  • Actively partner, collaboration and communication with leaders of sales team across EE region in terms of: DSO target setting, forecast and analysis, ad-hoc request for DSO calculation;
  • Bad debt risk assessment and reserve calculation (BDDT);
  • Drive implementation of ED (Electronic document flow) with customers;
  • Review, update and alignment procedures and processes within EE region;
  • Support and ensure external audit without finding (TAX inspection, Deloitte and Corporate audit);
  • Ensure timely Balance accounts reconciliation (Black line);
  • BS review, risk identification and elimination;
  • People management, development and support: performance assessment, Compensation planning, Development plan, hiring, support and sort out day-to-day team issue and etc.

Key Customers:

  • External Customers, Customer Service and Sales Department, Finance Department

Required Qualifications / Experience:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
  • English knowledge
  • Good computer skills (MS Excel); SAP experience is preferable.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in the same role
