Integra Sources is a modern custom software and hardware development company. We are working in various areas: embedded systems, IoT, hardware design, microcontroller programming and system software development. Most of our featured clients are companies from North America and Europe.

At the moment we are looking for an international account manager.

Primary duties of a successful candidate:

  • Managing the communication with the existing accounts, discussing better conditions, improving cooperation by detecting partner's needs (without lead generation/cold calls).

  • Keeping the high level of satisfaction within the existing accounts.

  • Generation of new opportunities within the existing accounts and beyond (upselling, references).

  • Collecting, documenting and finalizing customer requirements.

  • Conducting follow-up negotiations with clients (email, Skype, telephone).

  • Close collaboration with development teams after staring the project to have a clear project vision for both sides.

  • Taking part in preparing ad and marketing campaigns.

  • Monitoring payment transactions, managing of long-outstanding accounts receivable.

  • Working on personal growth and professional skills development.

Required skills, abilities and qualifications:
  • Excellent written and spoken English;

  • Experience of successful negotiations with foreign customers;

  • Interest in sales or sales experience;

  • Experience in IT (sales, project management etc.) is a plus;

  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, result-oriented;

  • A genuine interest in the customer's business, desire to help grow his business;

  • Able to support a global customer base across time zones (Australia, Europe, and America).
