Integra Sources is a modern custom software and hardware development company. We are working in various areas: embedded systems, IoT, hardware design, microcontroller programming and system software development. Most of our featured clients are companies from North America and Europe.

At the moment we are looking for an international sales manager.

Primary duties of a successful candidate:

  • Participate in projects in overseas freelance marketplaces on behalf of the company;

  • Collect, document and finalize customer requirements;

  • Conduct follow-up negotiations with clients (email, Skype, telephone);

  • Close collaboration with development teams (PM, Tech lead) before starting the project to have a clear project vision for both sides and get reliable estimates;

  • Monitor payment transactions;

  • Work on personal growth and professional skills development.

Required skills, abilities and qualifications:

  • Excellent written and spoken English;

  • Developed negotiation and presentation skills (in English);

  • 1+ year of successful sales experience;

  • experience in IT (sales, project management) is a plus;

  • Genuine interest in the field of embedded systems, hardware development and IoT;

  • Understanding the main principles and cycles of software development;

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills;

  • Able to support a global customer base across time zones (Australia, Europe and America).
